Ofir Arkin
Ofir Arkin has 10 years of experience in information security research and management. He cofounded Insightix and acts as the company’s CTO.

Ofir is a leading security researcher on the subjects of information warfare, VoIP security, network access control (NAC) and remote active OS fingerprinting.

Before cofounding Insightix, Ofir consulted to numerous multinational companies in the financial, telecommunications and pharmaceutical markets, leading various security projects.

He is the author of a number of influential papers on VoIP security, network discovery, OS fingerprinting and network access control.

Ofir was elected to the board of directors of the Voice over IP Security Alliance (VoIPSA) as the Security Research Committee Chair and sits on the organization’s Technical Board of Advisers.

The Sys-Security Group
The Sys-Security Group is a non-commercial information security research group founded by Ofir Arkin in 1999. The group’s aim is to research cutting edge information security technology.
